Service Description

Learn the closely-guarded cooking secrets passed down through generations of Pugliese women. In this three-hour class, you'll make pasta by hand along with all of the classic dishes found in a traditional Pugliese meal. Then you'll taste the fruits of your labor with your teacher and her family. Class takes place in the private home of your teacher in Martina Franca's historic town center. Minimum participants: 2; maximum participants: 8
